Menids is the retail face of a long heritage in premium fruit, built on sun, soil and an obsession with grade.
The roots
Behind Menids stands the Golchinzare family, third-generation growers whose house was founded in Iran in 1990 and became one of the country’s leading producers of premium dried fruits. From that legacy we built Zarei Maleki General Trading in Dubai’s Al Ras district to serve the Gulf.
The name
We named the brand Menids after the Achaemenids, the dynasty that turned the Persian plateau into the orchard of the ancient world. Their imperial palette of saffron gold, terracotta and deep garden green runs through everything we make.
The promise
Today we bring that heritage to GCC retail: a curated pantry of raisins, dried fruits and nuts, graded to a single uncompromising standard. Wholesale supply is rolling out across the region.
